Description
Performs a variety of imaging procedures including two dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for the diagnosis of disease and study of the malfunction of organs
Associates degree required
One year of radiologic/imaging experience
Specific experience and training in Ultrasound
Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
ARRT and/or RDMS certification or registry eligible ie physics, abdomen OB
Current BLS certification
Knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, physiology and medical terminology
Associates degree required
One year of radiologic/imaging experience
