Provides directory information and serves as a resource for callers intra-hospital and from the public
High school graduate or equivalent
Basic computer knowledge, data entry, and/or word processing
Excellent telephone skills.
One to three years experience as a switchboard operator; preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
