Delta Health System is seeking a dedicated  Health Information Management - Analyst to join our patient-focused team.

Requirements:

• Ensures that all reports are filed in a timely manner in the charts
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Two or more years of previous similar hospital experience
• Must possess knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology
• Knowledge of CMS regulations for both acute and skilled facilities
• Ability to work with physicians in a collaborative manner
