Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician.
Current State Physical Therapy Licensure
Knowledge of Physical Therapy practices and procedures
Demonstrates ability in supervision and leadership 
1 or more years of previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy preferred
Good organizational skills
Current BLS
