Requirements:

• Responsible for implementing and coordinating the organization-wide performance improvement plan for assessing and improving the quality of care delivered throughout the organization. 
• Oversee the duties of the clinical informaticist and regulatory compliance coordinator.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure
• Bachelor’s in nursing or healthcare related field 
• Previous experience in or knowledge of performance improvement and CMS, preferred
