Description
Delta Health System is seeking a Recovery Room (PACU) / Sterile Processing Department Nurse Manager for the overall direction, management, and performance of Recovery Room (PACU) and Sterile Processing Department.Surgical Services, to include all human, fiscal and physical resources
Supervises all clinical staff, nurses, sterile techs, and physicians who work in Recovery Room (PACU) and Sterile Processing Department.

Current MS Registered Nurse license.
Current ACLS/PALS/BLS certification.
Current BLS certification.
Bachelor’s degree, three (3) years experience in a hospital management position with a minimum of two (2) years as a Sterile Processing Manager; preferred.
Must acquire CRCST registration and CCSM registration within one year of hire and maintain
Extensive knowledge of current healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, EMTALA, OSHA, fire code compliance and hospital compliance initiatives).
Knowledge of the principles and practices of healthcare management sufficient to manage, direct, and coordinate daily operations of the Recovery Room (PACU) / Sterile Processing Department and to provide effective patient care.
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
