Description
Under the guidance of the Information Services Director, provide technical, software, hardware, and network problem resolution to all users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a call center environment
Two-year Associates degree or equivalent experience, preferred
Ability to read, write, hear, and verbally communicate effectively in English to the degree required to perform the job.
Expert knowledge of desktops and printers
Working knowledge of TCP/IP
Working knowledge of software installation, printers, faxes, scanners, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Office and other interrelated applications
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
Basic knowledge of servers
Knowledge of multiple computer platforms (including but not limited to MS Windows, MS Office, Meditech Magic, and Cerner Millennium)
