Delta Health System is seeking a dedicated Sterile Processing Lead to join our patient-focused team.

Requirements:

• Work in a combined capacity in surgery and sterile processing to assist surgeon during operative and invasive procedures.
• Ensures operating suite is adequately prepared for procedure
• Minimum Certification or Diploma from accredited Surgical Technologists Program/College
• BLS Certification
• 5 years minimum experience in Scrub Tech role preferred
• CSPDT preferred, required within 6 months of hire
• CRCST preferred, required within 6 months of hire
• Weekend call if needed
• Ability to work in a fast pace team environment
